power window switches

You folks who have functional p/w switches..treat them with respect! I have searched high and low for a decent "used" 4-gang switch. I cannot afford the prices they are getting on Ebay for the NOS switches!
I sent my best "used" one out for rebuild to a man in NC., but his rebuild did not last very long. I have since found some more "used" units (on Ebay) and I am sending all the switches I have to Jeff Carter here in Seattle for a professional rebuild. He will combine the best of what I send and make up a good unit, and hopefully give me credit for teh extra parts I send him.
I gave some thought to using the more readily available 1960-up switches (black toggles... different bezel), or using a GM switch (similar in appearance but different dimensions).
(Here's the picture Roger wanted to have added... Dan)
