Interior Plastic Cap on the Steering Column

Anyone know where I can find the plastic cap that rides the steering column behind the steering wheel and just in front of the speedometer housing. If you even look at mine it starts to disintegrate.
The part number for the auto transmission is 2046873. The description in my parts book says its brown plastic and can be painted.
