An Odd Duck Belvedere

Kinda looks like a duck! These were snatched from Instagram. It's not clear the first photo morphed into the second, although they have the same ownership. (Both have the same "Plymouth" emblem oddly perched on the front fender.) Now the critter languishes in a yard somewhere... Waiting to be resurrected? What do you know about this... er, car?
