Faulkner spent most of his automotive life in Boise, Idaho environs, serving the Sterling family. He was purchased at Hessing-Thurber Motors, long since demolished.
On a lark, I posted to a Boise community forum, asking if anyone has ever seen a Hessing-Thurber dealer emblem - the pot metal kind they would put on the trunk lid. And doncha know somebody responded!

How cool is that! There are companies like this one that produce emblems - I would have to "vectorize" a template from the photo, but that's doable with some fiddling. The emblem itself is inexpensive, but the setup costs are $50. I dunno, just something for me to think about on a late winter's day.
