lubrication issue

lubrication issue

Is oil supposed to come up through push rods to lube the rocker arm assembly? I'm not getting oil coming out through them. I cleaned quite a bit of rust out of the heads, Is it possible for them to get clogged and whats the best way to unclog them. coat hanger?

No oil through your pushrods is normal. the pushrod pivot cup is oiled through a little hole on the underside of the rocker.
