Anyone here going? There will be a special focus on the Forward Look cars this year, being that I've never been to a Carlisle event, I and my wife will be taking time off to see this one. It'd be nice to meet some of you east coast guys!

Yes. It will be good to finally meet you as well, Dan! As of now, I doubt my '59 will be ready, most likely we'll bring the red '57 Fury, or possibly the '58 Dodge Custom Sierra or Custom Royal.

Take the convertible to Michigan and and the way back make a left just south of Toledo, you'll be the first one to arrive at the fairgrounds See you there!

Ron, I was wrong you are not navigationally challenged... That had crossed my mind to do that. But I have my Dad to fly out to Michigan for the wedding and a long ride in my Ram Pickup with car trailer would not sit well with him. I have to come up with another way to get it out there,
I figured we would have a big "whoop-te-doo" when the 59's turns 60 in 2019 which is not that far away. (in dog years...) I wonder how much to just ship it to Carlisle and pick it up there? I gotta figure this one out a bit...

Ron - If John and I had perpetual vacations and your kind of money we wouldn't have a problem either. I'm wanting to go so bad it's unreal but don't know yet.
Dick.
