help! Brakes and steering were horrible. Just did the front brake conversion - used AAJ. Seemed to go very easily. Steering had been questionable before this. Now, power steering pump / high pressure hose spewing fluid. Belt is slipping badly - it will be replaced. Figured I'd order a power steering pump rebuild kit since I was at it, and would like to replace the high pressure hose - but can't find a source for a replacement! Any ideas whre to get one? Everywhere I've tried - no luck. Any input, suggestions, etc would be greatly appreciated.

On the rebuild kits for the power steering pump, Matthew Keij and I both got ours at NAPA. (we like shopping at NAPA when he is in from Holland!) My Kit worked great. I don't remember the part number for it but NAPA should know. Or maybe Matthew will remember his part number.

Panhead - You can find a complete power steering hose kit on ebay. Atlas Obsolete Chrysler Parts.

You might also consider going to a hydraulics shop, bring your old hose and they should be able to make up a new one. Generally the cheapest way to go. Most rural areas will have these shops, as farm equipment uses quite a bit of hydraulics.
