Post by Denver 59 Fin Convert »

Just found it on E bay. Has dealer installed Cool Aire AC like mine but with a different compressore. There are two items in the engine shot view of the right hand side that I need help ID'ing.... Up to 24K right now with reserve no hit.

John, I see some cylinders that must be part of the ad-on AC, and maybe a late-model horn? Is that at GM alternator, too? Quite a bit of stuff under the hood, kinda surprised they didn't paint it red too, everything else got the one-color treatment! Wonder if anyone else was aware of this car before? They keep popping up don't they.

I did not know this car until a few days ago.
Looks like a nice car as a driver. Lots of things incorrect for a show car.
Interior is all wrong with the dash a wrong color.

Love to get the VIN number 8)

Could Be Bernie, Lots of different stuff on in it.

Matthew, another missing item is the rear interior pocket panels don't have the SF on Courtesy Lights installed. I have see that interior somewhere before but not with pics of the entire car. Still a convert is a convert, and if I was looking for one., I would buy this one fix up the needed details, Not cheap on the interior aspect having just done a SF interior on my Belvedere. (Blasphemy I know!) I know the top cost me around 1300 with Top it self, padding and installation,

I need to add up the door panels, front seats, rear seats and pocket panels for the grand damages. I am guessing around $3500 but will have to round up the reciepts while I am recovering from back surgery and will post the results. Probably on my Belvedere Convert Progressing thread.... Thanks goodness I got some help on the special door/seat buckles from Dick Koch & Ron/Matthew Keij.
