Outer tie rods - years of interchange?

Since I am in the middle of my disc brake upgrade on the Convertible, I thought it might be a good time to replace the outer tie rods only. Now I am use to the Cuda and Charger tie rods, which are readly available at the any local auto parts stores. The tie rods are bone dry on the Plymouth and could be used again with a new rubber boot and some lubricating, so that is an option too.

But when I went tonight to my local Autozone to get replacement outers, he looked it up and said they were $97 each for 59 Plymouths. Ouch! Gotta be a cheaper way if posssible for Tie rods..

Does anyone know what years our outer tie rods interchange with? And are these tie rods oriented with the left hand/right hand threading that works with the tie rod sleeves for adjustment alignment purposes?

The tie rods look exactly like my Cuda ones (E-body) with the slight dip and all. I know the inner tie rods are shapped uniquely for the 59's and that has to be specific to the FL cars. But the outers look like normal Mopar tie rods..

Any previous experience in doing outer tie rods selection would be appreciated. :?
