A New Start

Off topic for sure...

I just wanted to say I will retire from my Federal Job on April 30th after almost 31 years. I hope to concentrate on my health and enjoy family time with my wife and 7 year old daughter.

I am still working with the doctors and hope to have better health as a result. I still have another large kidney stone that will be blasted on May 11th - I hope it works this time.

I am now upright and mobile in my power chair most days for 6-8 hours!

Thanks for your thoughts, prayers and kind words and thanks Ron for spreading the word. I am keeping my plans for Carlisle and hope to see some of you there.

Wonderful, Curt! I'm glad you have the opportunity to retire -- even happier, that you're on the mend. Our prayers will be with you as you face this next hurdle.

Super news to here Curt! Retiring at such an early age?? You better be spending some time polishing that 59 of yours!

But staying healthy is good and family care is even better! :)

Dear Curt,
Your news is indeed wonderful news! You have some gret doctors, but moreover you have great tenacity, and a devoted wife and child.
I am very pleased you are "off your bacK", and seeing the world in a fresh light.
