Recently I asked Dave Stragand from the Forward Look Network, if he could provide contact information for Virgil Exner Jr. I contacted him, and asked if I could send him a commemorative T-shirt. Here's his reply:

Hi Dan,
I would love to have one of your T-Shirts. They look wonderful and I will certainly get some pictures of me wearing it to you in time for Carlisle. I wish that I could get to Carlisle myself, but I'm afraid my schedule won't allow. Please make it a Medium and tell Dave many thanks.
You guys are doing great and let us all hope that Chrysler will survive. I believe that FIAT's involvement will help as they are real car people and that is what has been missing in the US car industry. Just too many bean counters and politicians with no insight or care for the future or past. Your website is very impressive and will help keep keep the marque alive. Please call upon me at any time to aid in your endeavor.
Great Thanks,
Virgil

Re: Virgil Exner Jr.
Dan, outstanding work on communicating with Virgil Exner JR. Maybe we should have a spot somewhere on the 59 Plymouth web site dedicated to the story of his Dad,
I know the Forward Look has some blurb on him, But his Styling cues were out of this world in Creativity and advanced thinking.
Just a thought...

Hi Dan,
Got the T-Shirt yesterday. It's great and fits perfectly! I'll wear it proudly. Not very good pics, though. I hope they're useable. 1959... My mom had a '59 Sport Fury Hardtop Coupe. She loved it.
Great Thanks,
Virgil

Virgil, the pix are great -- and it's an honor to see you wearing the T-shirt. What a wonderful homage to your father, and to all that he stood for. Thank you for sharing.

Re: Virgil Exner Jr.
Exner followers, I just recieved this Months Mopar Muscle Magazine, August, 2009 cover date, And they have a 3 1/2 page acticle on Virgil Sr. in it. Very Complimentry of his Design work. Also mentions Virgil Jr. once about his working with his Dad on designing jet powered boats after his Chrysler Days were cut short by Upper management.
If you are in a book store browse thru it or I can scan the pages for someone.
