Curt Lambdin

Post by Faulkner »

In years gone by, Curt Lambdin had brought his own '59 Savoy to Carlisle. Not this year, but Curt made the trip this summer to finally meet up with Jim Rawa, whose automotive engineering skills and craftmanship he has long admired.

The one that got away

Post by Faulkner »

There was another '59 Plymouth at Carlisle - a wagon, for sale in the Car Corral. Will Walker wanted it badly - even had a trailer lined up to bring it back his way in California - but the seller would not budge from his ridiculous price. The Way Back Home

All good things must come to an end - and so we head home.

...Valerie's battery gave up the ghost! It was barely charging apparently, and running the wipers killed it. Matthew and Will ran home and returned with Faulkner's battery
