Dan, Don't kow what to say....The Phillies gave it a whirl. If some of the Phillies bats had woke up sooner it would have been a different series. Rockies ran it to the same probelem when bats cool off and can not get them re-heated in time.
As long as the nucleus of the Phils are still in place next Spring, They will be all set for another run.
Can't wait for Spring training! But it will be a long winter...
It was fun all the bantering for the past month. Lets do it again next year if the stars allign again.

Well, it's going to take more than one. But a two game lead in the NL East works for now.

Walk off HR in the bottom of the 10th and then second game rained/snowed out. We even outlasted our home town boy (Arvada West HS) Roy Halladay.
Phillies look even better then last year! Ryan Howard lean and trim. Will you trade him to us?
