Fiber cement siding is easily paintable. Did the contactor use color-matching caulk to seal the siding to the trim? My guess is no, so the caulk needs to be painted anyway.

Roger I am in the pool every day.

Every, single, day.

It was a lot of work getting the chemistry where it needed to be, but now it's routine chlorine powder and shock every week. I think I'm gonna keep this sucker!

The garage door isn't fixed yet -- nor, is the outside light hung. But everything else is complete, including the fence. He's in no hurry to finish, but I'm in no hurry to pay him the balance! Seems to be working for both of us :D

Meanwhile, Faulkner is nicely preened for his wedding debut today -- friends of Marie are getting married, and I'm playing chauffeur.
