I am happy you tracked Timo down.
I too wonder what's wrong with your windshield. Was something flagged at the Concours? (I tried to find out what the voting results were, but nobody there ever got back with me).
Curt's lead is a great, cost-effective alternative to TImo.
These sources should be grouped in their own category, so folks can just click on Vendors and find that which they seek-

My windshield is separating on the right side. This flaw was in it when I bought it in 1998, but was about the size of a quarter and not too noticable. It was discounted because of this and I was OK with it for several years. It has started to grow and is becoming very noticeable.
The bubble in the windshield isn't as much as my Sport Fury so I hope to correct that as well. Also the new one will be tinted and shaded. The one I am replacing is clear.
I will explore Curt's suggestions as well.

Curt, Thanks for the second source on Windshields. Yours look good at Carlisle this year! Hope I don't need one for a while but good to have sources to get them.

Shoot, I do have some of that bubbling down near the windshield base by the A pillar, but it is small in size. I wilk have to watch them to see if they grow larger inbetweent he layers of glass. If so, then I will be in the market for a new windshield!
Tom, What model radio do you have? In all of the pictures of you car I took a year ago (50+)I saw that you have Deluxe printed above your dial, where mine just says Plymouth. Is yours a greater wattage output model? (860 model versus the 855)
What does everyone else have?

Disregard the date of the photo, it was in 2009 when Tom and Merle were on their way to Carlisle and they stopped to see me and the Cussler musuem collection.

New topic?
I think I have the 855. Frank Worsham can tell you what, if any difference in specs.
My current radio has been modified to AM-FM...I honestly don't know the RMS output, but it aint great.
(If I could do it ALL over again, I'd leave the vintage radio alone, and install a remote-controlled modern radio w/ modern speakers.)

John, actually I was there in 08.
My Belvedere radio does say DELUXE above the dial and my SF radio says PLYMOUTH. I don't know what the model numbers are, when I put them in I had more than one radio so I picked the best looking ones that worked.
I did talk to Pilkington Glass and they don't have the bubble windshield at all, and he is out of stock on the flat type.

John,
I was only trying to put order to things I encounter. Please do not take umbrage. I have already inadverdently irritated another SF list member. I guess I need a keeper.
(maybe this should be a new topic too?)

Oh I didn't Roger, you were right that I should not stray from the original thread and hijack it elsewhere.
You do help me to keep on a even keel on my postings which I do appreciate. I did not mind the gentle reminder at all.
I did post my questions in the tech section to find out.
