Rick, being a Grandpa sure opens your horizons for kids cartons. I take it this is from the Dora the Explorer series? (I had to ask the neighbor kid about it, so I cheated)

Someday I will be a grandpa but I have to have my kids start dating first!

I agree Roger! Though the trunk is big enough... Or I can take out the back seat... :o

Mopar Rick has some amazing things in his basement and garage. He offered to dial in my new Mopar Distributer to make sure it was within spec's. And Rick had a machine to do this. I think this machine is from the 60's. Maybe even older.

Thanks Rick! I will stop by this weekend to pick it up.

I'll keep the Allen Spectrograph. It's older than I am, it has a delicate balance of life. Spent many hours keeping her running and adapting her to all types of ignition systems. It is nice to use just to check the accuracy of the ingnition system. John Q. Your distributor out of the box is exactly the way I would have set it up for myself! The Luck of the Irish!

Saints preserve! ( in a Irish brogue)

Good to have it checked out before installation, Thanks Rick!

My Motor rain great on the break-in run with a points Disty, but feel much better with a modern Mopar ignition on it. :)

Well the ignition system is in. And with Rick's help and some other friends (from the Forward Look site) who stopped by I was able to finish integrating the modern Mopar electronic ignition and the modern regulator to the convert. What took me 5 months of looking at wiring diagrams was completed in 2 hours! Good to have Mopar friends!

My Upholstery work should be done next week. Had to order more of the woven fabric and white Vinyl bolster material (3 yard of each) to finish the front seats. But looking good! Lets see if I can figure out on this new Mac computer how to post, Or I will have to go to the old PC (now in the garage) to upload this.

well I added one of the two pictures, but have to move the other one first. stayed tuned!

I got it from a wino...Naw, I got it from a good friend in Florida! Had to get 3 more yards of it but should get it next week and get the seats finished. I am very pleased that it is turning out well. The shop I went to replaced all the worn out, crumbling cushion with new padding. Luckily it is just simple foam and did not have any unique contours to it.

They all so installed the extra spring support "ladder" stuff I got from Gary Goers for us full bodied 59 guys. Should keep the seams from getting to much stress by giving more support for ones derrière! :o

Gravity out here in Colorado plays havoc on ones body!

I know it is not correct for a Belv'y but what the heck! Plus I bought the swivel seats 6 years ago and the car will just look better with the SF like interior, My "Sport Belvedere" Spring Package with the Spring color of Turquoise! One of None!

I aslo will be putting in the convertible 1/4 window courtesy lights that were a SF convert only item.

PS Sorry the check bounce when I paid your for it!!! :o LOL

John - My green SF drivers seat had the cloth pull away from the vinyl on the left side of the seat because of my full body butt putting strain on the cloth every time I got in or out. Am replacing the cloth and installing clear plastic seat covers to eleminate that problem. Charleen does not have the cloth inserts in the seats and I can slide in and out easily. I suggest you use the swivel part of your swivel seats for longer life of the cloth as I plan to do so also.

Dick, good advice! I hope I did not strain your seat fabric when we went for a ride in Greenie! I thought about plastic on the convert but with the Colorado sun I figured I would be in the burn center recovering from a butt and back burn! Your Tropical sun would be almost the same on a convert but a HT should be fine.

Now, go polish those trophies!

Stopped by the trim shop to look at the rear interior 1/4 window pocket panels. They turned out well. The only issue is that they did the stripes pointing up and my seats stripes are in the Horizontal plane. I will see how they look but may have to have them altered to be horizontal... :o

Opps correction! my seats are done in the vertical strip (early method) so either way is fine with me! And stripes are so slimming! :o
