Vent windows are loose

My vent windows are loose so when I try to aim some of that 100 degree florida air in to "cool" me off while I drive the wind just flips the vent around. Is there a way to tighten these up?

When you get the door panel off the door you can tighten a screw where the pivot is from that window

If I rmember, there is also a springy metal thing involved in the pivot (so you're not just working with a tightened nut on metal). Who knows, I may be taking all my panels off as I am so frustrated with my window fit and seal.

I hail from the south side of Orlando. I got to meet another of our crew a couple months back at my local Saturday night cruise in at Old Town in Kissimmee Fla. Frank Lamp had drove his beautiful Sport Fury up from Ft Meyers.

Yea - Once in a while we (our gang of four couples go to Old Town) we go to the Lake Mirror concours in Lakeland every year, saw frank there last year, and I see him at the Sugar Festival in Cleweston every year. Next time I'm up your way I will try and remember to let you know so we can hook up.
