Ron and I will get an early start for Carlisle on Friday -- if you can't come out Wednesday, better to come Thursday afternoon so you can get settled in before we leave. We'll be returning from Carlisle on Sunday afternoon. Ron's leaving on Monday night -- so while I'm back to work on Monday, he can take you to the airport in the eggbeater Sunday night's fine too -- whichever works best for you. Dan

I haven't bought my ticket yet as there is still hope that the prices will go down a little, or maybe now that the Senate voted for the Health Care plan the US $$$ might get a lot weaker

But no matter what the price will do I am buying my ticket this week Then I will know my arrival and departure times for sure.

Ron, thanks for forwarding that note -- I just now called Jo Ann, on her return from the hospital. Curt did indeed get the transfusion; he's seems to be perking up a bit. Agreed -- Curt is going to need all of our prayers. Wouldn't it be great if he were well enough to go to Carlisle! We could drive down to Ellicott City, and between the two of us coax the pair of '59's to Carlisle, while Jo drives Curt and Grace in the van. Oh, I hope...

I'm soon to go offline (Friday) -- I'll be taking the week following settlement to unpack, and hunt for the spatula and the remote -- but if Verizon gets their act together, I might have a functional computer as soon as Monday 3/29. See you guys on the other side!

About an hour ago I spoke Curt on the phone and he is doing pretty good now. He came home yesterday from the hospital and when he left there he was feeling good, the ride home in the ambulance was horrific though! The 30 minute ride gave him a lot of pain as the car had no suspension at all and his words were : I spent more time in the air then on the gurney. After medication and a night sleep he starts to feel better now.
He is still positive about his Carlisle trip this year

Also had a brief phone conversation with Dan as he was busy moving and coordinating stuff. Most of the stuff arrived safely at his new house and everything went well

Just purchased my ticket I will be arriving on July 2nd around 8.30PM at Newark and will be leaving from Philadelphia on July 12th at 9PM.
The Health Care Plan didn't do me any good, prices have been going up all week and the Euro has been getting weaker every day compared to the US$ But the most important thing is that I will be there in July
