SF Stainless Restor Ques and Chrome Need
After a long wait ,I am getting back my SFury from the Body shop.
I am looking for sources for SS Reconditioning,However I have a Question about the trim finish.
Its looks like my Trim had a Bronze paint or anodize in the Dimples under where the Chrome trim went over the edge?
Ques.
Did SF ever come with this option or was the trim just Bright Anodized
I want to get mine done the correct Orig way.
What is the correct look and who can you recommend?
Also I am in need of the Short Chrome Pc that goes on the Gas Door lid.

The inserts were bright anodized from the factory. I had mine de-anodized and reanodized last year and was very happy with the result. It wasn't really expensive as I had all the inserts done, the grille, the "spare tire cover" and the lower grille trim for 200 Euro. I don't know what it costs in the US (?? you don't have your location in your profile) but usually it is cheaper to have work done there than in Europe.
Can't help you with the gas door trim but they turn up on Ebay every now and then.
