Matthew Keij has been busy

Post by rogerh »

A little birdie told me that Matthew has mostly re-assembled his Sport Fury, purchased partially disassembled and rusty a few years ago. His parents Ron and Marjo sold their city house and moved put to the country in part to provide enough garage space for Matthew to get going with the rebuild.
The same little birdie told me that the reason we don't hear from the Keijes anymore is because of Provider Blocking. I wish there was an easy solution to that. I for one miss thier input.

(*Gulp*) Sorry, Roger, I was probably ambiguous. You remember that Matthew had, um, a little fender bender in his daily driver... That's the one that he's been putting back together, nearly finished, I suppose. Sorry for the miscommunication! I think we're going to have to go en masse to the NL and descend on his Fury, in order to get it put back together... At any rate, I'll provide the beer!

Speaking of the Keijs, Matthew's brother Dennis (De Boer) and his bride are here visiting with us in Philly, after a whirlwind honeymoon on the East Coast of the U.S. -- the first time for each of them. Today we plan to see the Ben Franklin Bridge, the Ben Franklin Museum, the Ben Franklin Parkway, and the Ben Franklin statue. Lessee... Did I miss any Bens, Ron?

You sure missed at least one Ben, I want to see their picture sitting next to the statue of Ben Franklin reading his paper. I suppose that all the student are back now?
