Some guys have all the luck

Take a look at Dick's garage!
Dick Koch wrote:It started out to be 16' x 50' but because of over head power supply could only go 34'. added 16' after moving power supply underground. Two hurricanes convinced me to add siding and a electric garage door, I keep the two 59 Plymouths end to end in this part.
At the other end (Back yard - we have a street in back and one in front) is the Steel Garage with the Lift, two post, 9,000 lb. bought it used. I ordered 12' inside height, it came 14', their mistake, same cost to me. The Desoto barely fits but my 2002 E-150 Ford Traveller van has plenty of clearance (Go Figure). Yesterday I finished the conduit for the electrics and the piping for the air pressure system. All that's left is pulling the wire and hooking it all up. I have a temporary hookup for the lift. Works great. The final job came out real nice but the contractor lost his butt on this one. I have no intention of getting another car unless its a 57 or 59 Convertible but my kids joke that the only reason I buy cars is so I can get another garage.
Dick.
