Suburban parts sources
First, I just ordered a rear disc brake setup w/E-brake from TSM (The Streetrod Manufacturing Co Inc) in Colorado (tsmmfg.com). Skip has been great to deal with and I should have my setup in a couple weeks or so and will let everyone know how my install goes.
Also plan to order a headliner conversion kit from Fryer's Auto Upholstery. If anyone has used them, I'd be interested in opinions of their products.
If anyone has or knows a source for the following, I'll be very thankful: (for my 59 Suburban) - body mounts, front under-bumper valance, which power steering interchanges will work to changeover from manual steering.
Finally, I need instructions to install tailgate opening mechanism (took mine out some time back & can't figure out how to put it back together. OR if someone has power window parts to change mine to power would work too.
Many thanks to all who have ideas and/or sources I haven't yet found. Ron
