2 chromed exhaust-pipes for a sport fury

Post by eddie.gordou »

Hello,

I just registered here and I'm looking for some new or used chromed exhaust-pipes (the ending parts), because mine are broken by the time.

It would be great if anyone could tell me where to get these parts.

Thanks,

Sebastian

I'd be glad to help you with your avatar (thumbnail picture)! Better yet, send me a bunch of pix of your car, and we'll make you a web page in the showcase at the same time! If it's a '59, that is...

Well, well, well! Look who’s able to make a complete sentence in German!!! I’m proud with you fellows, I really am! And you should be proud too. Not everybody has a site where people communicate in English-Dutch-German, or maybe Portuguese in future.

Back to the subject: Sebastian, I don’t really know for sure if it the chrome tips were an option or standard, but I’m sure it wasn’t standard on every Fury’s or Sport Fury’s that left the production plants. Anyhow, I suggested to look at ATU in order to get good parts, save some bucks and in the end nobody will see if the parts came from the US or not.

Regards
Stefan

Just for your informtion: I've been at ATU last month in order to find a pair. Actually they had some but nothing that looked good on our car. What a pitty.
