Karl Karlsson's 59 SF

While admiring Karl's 59 (she's a beauty) I noticed his license # G 296. Now if it was M 296 he would have the first character and first 3 numbers in his car's VIN #. Because M29 indicates Sport Fury and the "6" indicates it was built in Detroit. (I read on here or another web site his car was built in Detroit).

maybe the "G" is an "M" in Icelandic language? :) Hey Roger - I took a few new pics with my son's digital camera of the AC drier area on my SF but now am dependent on him to put them on computer and scan them. You probably have everything done already by now. But my engine is a 318......am wondering if your 361 would have the same setup.

altho my car is 361, I still thiink that drier location was the same on all 1959 factory a/c cars.
