Roger, it,s now official I have purchased Chuck Hazelton Sport Fury. We are now in the process of getting the car shipped to Australia. This is now where the finger biting and nerve breaking suspense starts. It's going to take approx 10 weeks, should be a great Christmas Gift.
I will be trying to start the restoration process pretty much straight away. So I will keep the site posted about my progress and will be calling on advice if and when the need arises.
I know that the header bow frame is quite rusted out and that the associated stainless trim that sits above the liner is missing.
If anyone out there by any chance has these parts I would love to hear from you, or if by any chance know of someone who does that would be great.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Chuck, as if it wasn't for his honesty, integrity and patience this purchase would not have happened. So thankyou Chuck for making this dream come true (well so far anyway, hopefully the shipping company can now do their part)
Cheers
