Thanks - John
I told John that I thought all non-convertibles shared the same bubble-style windshield. Am I correct about that?

Hi Dan, the convertible, 2-door hardtop and 4-door hardtop all share the same 'bubble' type windshield. All other models share the same glass, along with corresponding body styles in '57 and '58. This appears to be the correct windshield, as long it is a hardtop model. Hope this helps, John

The 57, 58 and 59 convertible and 59 hardtop share the same windshield. The 57 and 58 hardtop take a completely different one. I called my supplier and he has plenty of brand new ones in stock for the 59. I can have one drop shipped to anyone in the continental US.

Hi Tom,
Who is your windshield supplier? Who is the manufacturer? Are these NEW windshields or NOS? Do they have the correct tint and-or shading as well? What is the price?
My information on windshield interchange (listed by AGS #) is packed away somewhere I cannot find right now, but I think your info is correct. 57 and 58 HT windshields were flatter. The 57 and 58 convertibles were the first to bring out the big bubble windshield, then in 59 it was used on the hardtops. The sedan/wagon glass does not interchange w/ the hardtops. ever.

I get them from Pilkington classics. They are tinted only. They will stamp it with any logo or date code you want. They are 400 for glass, 100 to crate and ship it, and 50 for the logo work. (They are expensive, but they are new windshields) plus tax if applicable.

...and these are the correct Bubble windshields we are so fond of?
I wonder how they compare with Timo Tashakanen (sp?) 's windshields. I heard he sells his for $800, shipping extra.
