59 SF in Maine

Post by Whiterabbit »

Good afternoon!
I just recently bought a project car out of California and had it delivered to the 'right' coast. Its been neglected but still very complete and whats missing ive been able to get on Ebay. I like 50s cars in general and I jumped at this opportunity when I saw how complete it was (I bought this car on Ebay as well)

Welcome aboard, Henry! It’s likely I’ve snagged pix of your car from eBay - can you post a pic or two to let us know which one we’re talking about?

Whereabouts in Maine? (Headed back to Philly on the train from Vermont as I type…)

Henry, any chance this is the project car you recently acquired (from Garage Classics 1)? It's a recent eBay offering, first posted in December '24...

Yes, that would be the one! Its funny how the standards of "rust" is so different on the west coast as opposed to the east coast. Ive seen cars on the lot worse off than this one :D
