Some of you may know that Don Mack - former owner of "Belle" - was gravely ill. Today, I received this email from his wife, Marg:

It is with a heavy heart that I send out this wee message to you to inform you that yesterday morning Don passed away. We, the family are sad, but at the same time we are relieved that all his suffering is over. It was a brutal fight. I want to thank you all for your continued concern in his struggle, and up to the end he was always interested in what was going on in the world and with his friends.
