The "Fifty-Nine Motel" in Mechanicsburg was a pleasant enough drive to the Fairgrounds, but this past year they eliminated a free breakfast. Not so much of a good deal anymore. So, I went with the Motel 6 in Carlisle - a stone's throw from the Fairgrounds, and I got a geriatric rate. I reserved two rooms, in case Ron and/or Matthew are able to make it - there's two beds in my room, Dick, if you decide you can make it.


Just sayin'.

Are you sure on the motel 6 in Carlisle?

I think Jim Rawa stayed there last year and I remember him telling everybody the cockroaches were just walking through the rooms

Matthew, I'm going on the 13th. You (and your dad?) are going on the 12th, I'll catch up with you there. I am 100% sure that Faulkner will be there for the 60th Anniversary. Less sure, about the 59th Anniversary...
