I got talked into one of the "terror tours", this one inside Eastern State Penitentiary - a crumbling prison inside the city limits. Seeing this Forward Look vehicle was the highlight of the tour for me.

Eastern State Penitentiary, considered by many to be the world’s first full-scale penitentiary, opened in Philadelphia in 1829 and closed in 1971...
