Here's an interesting pic that shares at least one feature with our mystery car (which is not a Dodge, but a Plymouth). And the feature I am referring to, is not the number of doors...

What are you saying - that you think it's a four-door Fury with the Dodge (or, DeSoto?) trim? (Bernie pointed out to me that there's a Plymouth part number for this ornament in the parts catalog, although it was never used in production: page 23AM, ID 23-34-334.)

You can't be saying that it's a four-door Sport Fury. There weren't any of those produced.

I know Sport Fury 4drs were never produced but on one of those fuzzy pics it looked like Sport Fury trim.

It's the same as the front fender ornaments. There is a p/n but never produced.
There are a lot more mistakes in the parts manual :wink:
