Side view mirror location?

Anyone have or know the location for the side view mirrors on the fenders? I have 2 twin strut mirrors but may be off A 60 Plymouth or Dodge,The ones I had were not correct and were not the right ones so I did not use them and filled the holes. These are close and look good/nice chrome and I got them at A good price.I have seen the template for the dual antennae's is there one for mirrors? Shoot me an estimate from the hood line to get me close would work too Thanks Mark

I think I found it.An old post from Roger,(rear screw) 8 1/2" from the door edge,3" from the hood edge.I guess the factory tossed them in the trunk for dealers to install and wasn't real specific.It will get me in the ball park anyway. Mark

I'll check my stuff, I think I have or saw an original dealer installation instruction somewhere

Mark - I measured all 3 cars. I have the three post mirrors and they are all the same. 8" from rear screw to the point of fender, 2-3/4" from rear screw to edge of fender and 3-1/2" from front screw to edge of fender. Approx. 3-1/2" between screws.
