Hi Guys, My Savoy has only mats and it does have a heater but nothing else, also powered by the flathead six and a three speed trans. I think this qualifies as bare bones. But simplicity rules in my book.

That is a pretty bare bones car! It is a low cost winner to bring people into a dealership and upgrade them to a Belvedere!sallysavoy wrote:Hi Guys, My Savoy has only mats and it does have a heater but nothing else, also powered by the flathead six and a three speed trans. Interesting, ....this car was bought by a farmer back in the day and i suspect cost was the biggest factor. but i like bare bones less to fail.
