For Dick, '58 Convertible

Post by big m »

Here are some photos of the '58 Belvedere convertible I just bought. Dick had asked me to post some photos of it. Originally two tone blue, and equipped with factory A/C.

Floors and trunk floor are shot from setting out since 1965.

John - Thanks for posting the pictures. Compared to what you, John Q., and myself started with on our 59"s that 58 is almost brand new. Looks pretty complete too. I noticed that red 57 in the background, what's up with that one.

The unusual thing about this car is the factory A/C it is equipped with.

The red car is a '57 Fury that has been my daily driver for the last ten years. The only thing I have that I feel I could hop in and drive across the country!

I've probably told you this a million times before, my first new car was a 57 Belvedere Convertible, I was 21 at the time.

That's cool!

My father's first brand new car was a '57 Plaza 2-door sedan that he bought when he got out of the service. I was brought home from the hospital in it.
