Introducing the all new 1959 Forward Look cars

Post by Ron Keij »

On the forwardlook website I found a link to the 1958 Fred Astaire show on youtube. The show was sponsored by Chrysler Corporation and all commercials were included in the youtube movie! I did spend a lot of hours to download and edit the show and made my own movie with just the car clips. Great clips of all Forward Look cars and in living color :D
Enjoy the show at http://youtu.be/GA51okFc33U

Fantastic, I really enjoyed viewing these commercials of the 59 series Chrysler products. Thank You for taking the time to put this together.

This is a GREAT addition to this site! All the cars are alluring...esp. the gold SF convertible! :D

Hey Ron,
Since you are an Administrator of this Site, may I suggest you put a link to this labor of love over in the "What's New?" section, so it is more readily accessible. Perhaps it should also be in Ephemera?
I seem to have trouble remembering where, and how to look for things I know are on this Site, and I want it to be easy for everyone. :)

Thamks for the appreciation! Glad you like the movie.

@Roger,
I will upload it to the Gallery's ephemera sectiiom when I can find the time. Just started my new job this month and starting up is very time consuming, lots of extra hours and a commute of almost 3 hours per day take up most of my time. But I like the new job and it keeps the chimney smoking :D And next to that I will have to help out my brother, he is starting a new business next month, he will be the spare rib express dealer for the area. But there is lots of work to do before he can start making meals and that's where brother need to help out. So a little patience is needed but it will be uploaded soon.

Ron

PS there is always the search bar (right top) to find lost articles. Works well when you enter the right search terms

This is the first time I've heard you are starting a new job!
And family's needs always take priority...I was merely making a suggestion.
