UFO Dealer Postcard
UFO Dealer Postcard
The Imperial Club web site has this dealer postcard, which is definitely identified. Vance Motors was a prominent Chrysler-Plymouth dealer in Tulsa, Oklahoma (they supplied a 57 Belvedere which is buried under that town's courthouse). And I am visiting relatives for the holidays in my home state, while searching through my late father's files for dealer postcards from my uncle's dealership. Fluckinger Motors was a Chrysler-Plymouth dealer in Dubuque, Iowa, until about 1962. Obviously, my dad bought many of his cars, including a 59 Savoy.
That Tulsa dealership has a bronze 59 Belvedere 4-door hardtop sedan parked out front, and what looks like a Fury 4-door post sedan in the showroom. Can anybody help with the color on that Fury sedan? It's not in any of the paint chips. I would say it's a spring special color, but can't be sure.
