mouse pad

Post by Fins59 »

Had a pleasant surprise on Christmas. My daughter gave me a mouse pad with the rear section (drivers side) of a '59 Sport Fury emblazoned on it. I asked her where she got the picture of my car to put on the mouse pad. She said she didn't and she ordered the pad off internet just the way it appeared. She said" it looks just like your car." I said- that is my car. Same color (a lighter copper/bronze than original, car was repainted by previous owner), has skirts, ss trim on gas door is out of line a little bit.

It was sold on the Zazzel web site, but I'm thinking by a local zazzel store. Maybe I should pursue the matter, get a legal eagle, demand a $1 per mouse pad. They probably sold a million :D so that would make me a millionaire.
Just kidding, but wouldn't that be nice. I think the picture was taken at a local car show.

Fins ( John Z.) I will make it a Million and One sales of this pad. Just to add to any future Royalty law suits you might muster up! :P

Just don't come after me personally!!!!

Would be a nice pad to have.

If I made a million I'd send everyone on here a pad :D Heck, I might even throw a big party and issue plane tickets.
If you google Zazzle Missymaus and click on a link you'll see the mouse pad.

I don't exactly follow this: John, have you sold your factory a/c SF hardtop? If so, you now have only a parts car in the woods, if I remember correctly?

Roger - I still have my a/c Sport Fury, 4-dr Fury and 4-dr Fury parts car. Parts car is "stored" in woods and the other 2 are in my new (built in 2008) garage.

okay, having received confirmation that you still own your SF, I re-read the "mouse" post, and now I understand your first post.
