What does the correct Turn Signal Lever look like
I have two different types of Turn Signal levers in my parts box for my SF
Can somebody advise which is correct or what should I have?
1) 8"(total lg) long steel 1/4" shaft painted silver shaft with a rounded end Chrome plated 2"long knob.
2 )5"( total lg) long Alum 1/4" shaft with a Flat ended 1 1/2" long Alum knob. with P/N, PLYBK stamped near the threaded end of the Rod.
Happy Year to all

Being a few years removed from the "fray", I will not suppose to know the precise answer, but I will venture to say BOTH are correct.
I believe it's one of those un-documented mid-year supply changes, much like the variation in aluminum facing for the instrument panel, or the variation in the speedo backround appearance, or a couple of other subtle changes.
Personally, I prefer the longer, chrome-plated steel signal-control arm.

Hi Mark - Good to hear from you. Happy new year, I was faced with the same decision a while back. I opted for the long one as the short one is not easily reachable without looking for it.
