Post by rogerh »

Heard you got some early snow, John. Are you putting the skis on the front wheels of the Plymouth?

Roger,Had ten inch's of wet snow in my backyard this AM, Had to go out with a pole to beat on the tree's and bush's in my backyard since they were bent over to the gound. Streets were not to bad. Should warm up from here on out to the weekend with highs in the 60's expected. My two dogs were reluctant to go outside to do their business but finally persuaded them that they really need to! I will take a pic of the backyard in the AM to show all.

The 59 was warm and dry up on the lift! There was a mad dash to get the other side of the garage clean for my wifes car. But I can get her car out tomorrow and get back to putzing on the convert.

Some snow pictures of Fall storm. Mopar Ricky (Rick Clapham) lives 15 mins from me so he would have had the same type of accumulations.

Richard, I knew you would feel for me on this quick hitting snow storm. but alas, it will be in the mid 60's this weekend so all it is not lost on my Colorado weather in the near future. :P

Wow, Marjo started packing this morning but I think I need to tell her to pack some extra clothes for the Florida winter! Do we need to bring a snow shovel or do you think the roads will be open when we arrive?

That looks great John, and now you can go back to work on the convertible as you don't have to water the plants or cut the grass for a while

I concur on that. But with the freeze comes the Gardern clean up part of dead Annuals. Work is never done when Miss (Allways) Right is around!!

Now I can back Pam's car out of her side of the garage and get cracking again! Re-doing the accessory belts on the 413 since I neglected to put in the Single pulley Idler/tensioner on the water pump belts. That is now installed and I took off the Power Steering pump for re-build (leaked like a sieve when I put fluid in it) Luckily when Matthew was here I went with him to NAPA and got a re-build kit so.....now it is disassemble time on Saturday.

Only lost one branch from the snow load. The back yard is clear being the solar radiation really works well here in Colorado. I did have to move the Rossignols and K2's to access the snow shovel.
P.S. I do have a pair of 1959 Hart 235 cm But they are in the other garage.
