Mark, mid car exhaust hangers under the rear seat area or the exhaust tail pipe hangers under the trunk area?

Attachment contains exhaust diagram from Parts Book.
There are support brackets, and there are hangers with flexible links.
Used support brackets should be available from John Fowlie, or anyone with a parts car.
I assume you need the flexible hangers...
Front hangers= P/N 1943-934
Tailpipe hangers= P/N 1820-590
I would think that flexible hangers are available from your local muffler shop.
If you want to go factory original, you could try your local Mopar dealer, or an NOS supplier (such as Len Dawson in Anacortes, WA, Andy Bernbaum in MA, etc).
I'm not sure if NOS suppliers are listed in the Vendor Section.

Roger, this is spot on! Good job in posting the diagram. That helps a bunch to pick which one Mark needs.

Ten to fifteen years ago when the Internet wasnt in everybody's home, it was a huge challenge to find parts. Nowadays folks have good success Googling their part needs, also having eBay watch for their parts.
On ebay now, i see rubber strap hangers (Item # 2500 5609 4337).
Try Googling NOS Mopar Parts-

I thought it was easier to cut the page out of my parts book and scan it, but the exhuat diagram is also available at
59plymouth.net/59gallery.
Click on ephemera>print>service manual>57-8 servicemanual>fuel and exhaust and scroll ALL the way down to p. 402

I can think of two Listmembers with parts cars, but both of them are working on restorations, so they are probably not ready to give up parts.
John Fowlie (bigmauto@colusanet.com) will have the brackets, and at a very fair price.
The flex hangers from ebay will be correct for the tailpipes at the rear axle, but they are not precisely correct for the rear of muffler (see earlier PDF).
While few would notice, if you are striving for correctness, ask John Fowlie if he has these, even some crappy ones. Maybe you could use it as a pattern to make a new pair, as a one-year-only hanger is going to be tough to find.
And again, search the Internet for NOS Mopar Suppliers. Valley Vintage, Atlas, Andy Bernbaum, etc.
