SEAT SUPPORT AND BRACES - WHERE TO GET.

Post by Dick Koch »

Alan Ralston had these parts reproduced for a restoration he is doing on a 59 Desoto. These parts will work on our cars also, he has them available for both sides.

Wow! They are stunning! Great repops! The floor under floor seat brace looks great! If I had not just bought one from John F. I would inquire about these.

Hope the prices are not as "stunning" as the parts! But when parts are hard to find as originals these will do nicely!

John Q. - The long seat brace approx. 6" x 20" (guessing) are $75.00 a side plus shipping. I don't know the price on the others.

I saw that this was in two areas, so I answered the other one. $75each for a bracke is a very good price. How are your supports on the convert? Converts have the extra box support that is tacked onto these braces. Make sure you keep them.

My Flickr photo collection shows this well.

PS do you really get a dollar bill with each purchase? :P Sweet!

Could probably save them but on the verge of needing replacement anyway. Since have to replace floors on both sides, easier to buy new and install.
