Dick Koch has had good results with a vendor of floor pans. The Pans are currently being sold thru eBay Motors.
The vendor's ID is classicparts4u.
Search eBayMotors for "1959 Plymouth floor pans". This vendor also sells sills, but Dick says they are not acceptable.
