Your login - it's me, not you!
When you log in, it's possible to check the box that lets the Forum "remember you" so you don't have to log in each time. That's because it deposits a "cookie" on your computer that remembers your login information.
I've got something cooking - to be revealed very soon - that required a change to the cookie. In fact, I made changes a couple times! But I've got it straightened out, and I won't be changing it any more. So, feel free to check that box again and have your computer remember your credentials for you.
email me if you have any problems - dan at 59plymouth.net (just substitute "@" for " at "). Sorry for any inconvenience.

OK - Roger's having troubles, I'm sure others are too. You'll want to delete any old cookies on your PC that pertain to 59plymouth.net (or 59sportfury.net), then log back in. You can find your cookies here:
(Of course, replace my name with whatever account you use to log into your machine.) Highlight them and delete them.
Alternatively (in Internet Explorer - it's different for other browsers), go to
Tools -> Internet Options -> Settings -> View Files and that will show you all the files in your cache. Sort them by file type, look for files of type "Text Document", and highlight and delete anything that looks like a cookie from our website.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience!

HMMMmm. I was able to totally get back in to the 59 Plymouth site, went to the Forum, Showed that I was a registered user and then when I went to post this reply it asked me for my login again. I entered it again and was able to post this. 90% there I guess....

OK, another discovery: If you launch the Forum from the main web page (either 59plymouth.net or 59sportfury.net, it's the same page) - it takes you to 59plymouth.net/59forum.
That page won't work anymore.
You have to go directly to this link in order to get to the Forum now:
59plymouth.net/59forum
I'll work on fixing the main page so it goes here. Sorry for the mixup.

Re: Your login - it's me, not you!
There used to be a glitzy button on the main page that took you to the forum - at 59sportfury.net. Since the forum only works now at 59plymouth.net, I needed to change the link associated with that button.Faulkner wrote:

Arghh! I made that button with "Dreamweaver", which isn't on this computer.
So, I put a dumbed-down link where the button used to be. It takes you to the place where the Forum will work. So, you can launch the forum from the main web page now.

OK - this is fixed; you can go to the main web page, and the forum button now directs you to 59plymouth, not 59sportfury.Faulkner wrote:OK, another discovery: If you launch the Forum from the main web page (either https://59plymouth.net or 59sportfury.net, it's the same page) - it takes you to https://59plymouth.net/59forum.
