Shoot me too! I had posted a similar B-day message on the Announcement chapter 3 mins after yours. Great minds...

When I signed on AM, it gave me the B-day reminder that it was today. Oh well even Skype was wrong.

My son Jack turns 21 today so I can at least celebrate that one on the actual day.

Thank you guys, and no you are not late my birthday is today. Not much of a birthday today though as I called my family that they were welcome yesterday. Today we had a little celebration at the jukebox fair were we met all our old car friends 8) We had pie and we expected at least a few American friends but nobody showed up there and we have to eat all the left over pie

John, congratulations with your son! Lets hope he will be as wise as you when he gets older

Ron, I was stuck at the airport in the security area. After a while I said shoot I missed the pie event and flew home again. You have a beautiful airport!

I am glad that the Skype reminder was right on regarding your B-day.

Hope you had a good day with family on your Birthday! :D

Oh that was you, I wondered why we had code red at the airport yesterday. If you only would have told them you were coming to see me you'd have gotten the red carpet rolled out for you :!: I don't like our airport very much and I prefer to fly from and to Belgium as it is closer to us, better organized and the people are more relaxed at security

Not only a great day but we had a great weekend although we missed a lot of overseas friends!

John, I am so sorry that you missed all the good things in Holland (not to speak of the pie!) that I made a movie about our beautiful country for you
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X__jtvp2 ... r_embedded#!

It is actually a pretty good movie about the Netherlands and it shows a lot of the highlights of the country. For Dan it will bring back lots of memories as he has seen a lot of it already. At 5:01 there is even a shot in it of the building I work in, it is the one with the orange logo.

What a beautiful country! (*sigh*)... It does bring back fond memories. Alas,I need to get a few more mortgage payments under my belt before I travel abroad again. I'll send my daughter Emily as my emissary, and hope she brings back a lot of pictures!

That Mouse.... What an actor to pull that off inside that cheese wheel! Almost as good as Barney Rubble on the Flintstones. Now that was acting!

Actually, a neat video that led me to watch about 8 more Holland/Netherland U-Tube video's. But not once did I see your fleet of 59 Plymouths in any of the videos!

I thought I saw Matthew at the soccer game they showed, but it was a fleeting look.

Happy Birthday again Ron. Thanks for the film on Holland. My ex-wife is Dutch-immigrated with her mom and dad after the war. He was active in the resistance. Really a great man.

Matthew, you had the same gesture invoked from you when we drove by some Chevy's on the way to Carlisle too! I thought the Dutch were a peacefull fun loving group, flowers, biking art etc. but they harbor such angst even at an early age. :)

You guys should go to a Raider-Bronco football game here in Denver and see kids even younger giving the single finger salute to the Raider faithful.

We do want to see a game someday but whenever we come to visit Colorado those football wimps think it is too hot to be active

The Dutch are really peacefull and fun loving but not when it comes to football (soccer) then they change to blood thirsty vampires, you thought that the red on Matthew's right cheek was candy didnt you :o

It is hard to believe that Matthew gave Chebby drivers the finger as he usually ignores them completely 8) Except for Nighthawk of course as he also owns a 59 Plymouth 8)

Perhaps I embellished a bit.... But it was fun saying so! Maybe you can catch a Miami Dolphin game when you are in Florida in November.

You are right on Matthew ignoring chevy's he was very focused in Earl's convert...so much he never offered me a turn at it! He said something like I will get a chance when I finish my own convert! And he was dead serious! :P

Oh well, he is right.

Time to get back out to the garage!
