Snow in the Foothills of Denver!

Post by Denver 59 Fin Convert »

Cold and rainy in Denver today and with that, and litlle bit of elevation rise in the foothills, we had a slight accumulation of the white stuff.

I saw several cars coming out of the mountains on I-70 with some inch or two of the white stuff (AKA drinking water to us!)

Winter is a coming! But still so much to do! :P

Among all your automotive talents....you're a weatherman too?
I've heard of a "jack of all trades" but now we have a "john of all trades". :P

John, start thinking about all the parts you might need to finish your car! Make a list and make sure you have everything in your garage by the end of the week and wait for the motherload of snow to arrive 8) With this global warming you probably end up being snowed in for months, and if you have no place to go your car will be ready next spring and you'll have past the 10000 posts on this forum

I don't know much about the weather but I know some guys who live in Scandinavia and they build a car each winter

Ron, I do have most of the parts I need for the winter months. At least I have no surgery planned for this winter like I did last year in January. UPS and Fed Ex somehow always make it thru for me!

Just thought I would throw out a new topic for grins in my drive for 10,000 individual posts!
