Re: side view mirror
Mine are fastened with chromed Phillips head sheet metal screws that just screw into the fender thus no need to try to hold anything under the fender. Those mirrors do look nice - wonder how the pot metal compares with the original alloy.

Frank,
Are you still in need of those wings? Don't wait 6 months to check here again cause they might not be here then.

Re: Sport Fury Convertible
I was always under the impression that the dual quad setup was almost nonexistent on the '59s but a few early cars may have been so equipped. If this is indeed a high serial number car then I wouldn't expect this to be a dual quad car. JMO

Only thing is Bitterman's bronze SF is a hardtop and the one for sale is a convert. Good luck, Ricky.

Just noticed in Roger's reply above, that for the math to work out, instead of 30 years passing it should have been 15. Anyway, all's well that ends well!

What was the cost of the black dash pad? Do you have a contact phone number? Thanks.

Re: Rob Augliera's Savoy for sale
I was at a swap meet the other day and there was an air cleaner there that he said was for a 1959 Plymouth. I said I had never seen an air cleaner like it on a '59 Plymouth. It had the oblong shaped snorkel that is shown on this 6 cylinder. Since most of what we see are 8 cylinder restored cars I wa...

radiator part number
Hi all, I need the correct number on top of the radiator for the1959 Plymouth 361 cu. in. engine. I expect the 318 cu. in. number to be different. Is the radiator the same from the '58 Plymouth 350 engine? Perhaps there is a place on this site that would answer these questions but I don't know where...
