Hoping to have the car back this weekend. Should be at Iola at least for the show days. Will see what the weather and everything else brings. There is supposed to be shows in New London and Winnecone this weekend, so I may make it to my first show of the year... wish me luck!

No go this weekend. Steering gear isn't in, and now I am having trans issues. Grrrrrrr.... Anyway... Hopefully, I will catch you at a show sometime this summer. Was great meeting you last year. You will not believe the changes in my car.

Yes... do the parking brake on the rearend, although... if the trans is from a mid 70's cordoba, you will have the parking pin built in, but you will have to make an adaptor to use the push buttons. big block swap issues.
1. if you use a stock later model mount..... The engine is really far forward. 2. if you set the engine back where it probably should be, you have to cut the heater box to fit the valve covers...
