Anybody know of a reasonably priced chrome shop? $2000 bucks a bit much to chrome a bumper

Just purchased a 59 Sport Fury ..ROUGH but all there... No way will I drive the thing with those drum brakes with a single reservoir master cylinder...any advice on where to find a disc brake kit? Rack and pinion steering would be nice too
