What is the correct tire size for the front of a '59 Plymouth?

Thanks, Dave

They came with 7.50x14 as standard equipment,800x14 was available as an option, and this size was standard on wagons and convertibles.
750x14 today is 205/75/14

Dave - Bob is correct, the equivalent radial to the 800 x 14 is 215/75R/14. I use this size radial front and rear because they don't look so skinney from the rear of the car.

I am running the rear axle from the pick up truck, so I need to use the rear tires (235-15's) to keep the electronic fuel injection and the speedometer correct. I plan on running 15 inch tires up front to balance out the rears. I installed two inch lowering blocks in the rear to make it level. I was just curious.
