Carlisle Roll Call

Post by Faulkner »

OK -- as far as I know, the only '59 Plymouth owners who have officially announced their attendance at C@C this summer are Ron, Matthew and myself.

That is, until now...

That's Right!!!

Tom Fox is bringing "The Car that Chrysler Should Have Built" to Carlisle! Ohmigosh!

Now, if Tom can bring this spectacular beauty 2750 miles east to Carlisle....

Well, what's your excuse?!? Are you gonna be there, or what?

Ed, Bob, Dick, John, Stefan, Curt L., Curt D., Joe, Mark, and the dozens of other '59 Plymouth owners... This is the year. Let's do it!

Dan

I will be there with my 57 Plymouth with the Mopar Survivors, and I hope to have my 59 Plymouth ready by then as well. I will be making all attempts to have it there also. Looking Forward more than ever, since it has been in the single digits here for weeks.

If Tom had enuf room in his trailer, he could take my car along too. Sorry, I cant afford to take time off this year for a 5000 mile round trip drive.

Sure would like to go, BUT going to New Orleans in March and April so will probably have to get a divorce to go to Carlisle in July. But then again if I get a divorce I won't have a car to take to Carlisle anyway. I will try to schmooze her but no promises.

Great that Tom Fox is bringing his car to Carlisle! Now I have an extra day in Oregon to do the tourist things, I was going to email Tom to ask if we could have a look at his car while we were in the area by the end of June.

I also received an email from Tony a while ago and he already made reservations for a hotel in Mechanicsburg. So with him and Tom Fox we are up to 5.

Ron,
You really don't want to miss out on a visit to Tom (The Magician) Fox and his plu-perfect cars. He is not far off your planned route.

Tom,

Thanks for the offer, my scheduled trip brings me really close to your home. I will talk to my wife about it, she is a bit less enthusiastic about cars than I am  Matthew got crazy and said go go goooo, he loves your cars! I do like the 59 DeSoto too, my friend has a 59 Fireflite Sportsman Hardtop and most of the time we cruise together.

I'll be in touch,
Ron
